Gillian Pope is a qualified Cordon Bleu Chef who, after making a few Special Occasion cakes and Wedding cakes for friends, fell in love with the sweeter side of life and decided to specialise in Patisserie and Sugar Art work. Since then, Gill has produced many wedding cakes to happy couples and made their special day unforgettable.
A perfect wedding cake is the centrepiece of a successful wedding and romanticizes the moment of “I do” when the bride and groom cut the cake to start their new life together. Gill’s cake studio strives to perfect this moment and to create a dream wedding for the bride and groom.
